• It’s kind of like a Netflix for mental and emotional wellbeing, so you don’t need to talk to anyone about the issue you’re dealing with. You can come to Thrive360 to get immediate support on whatever you want to address.

• There is something for EVERYONE. Truly. With hundreds of sessions ranging from sleep, relaxation, and stress reduction, all the way to communication, leadership, and many more. Sessions will be coming out regularly, so check back often! You can also submit content requests via the help center.

• Thrive360 is 100% anonymous and confidential, so no one will know what sessions you’re engaging in but you! We’re here to support you and help you be your very best!
