Thrive360 focuses on results, data, and science, and we have an excellent combination of supporting evidence in the form of Thrive360 user testimonials, Thrive360 case studies, third-party workplace wellness studies, and more. However, you really just need to try it to feel the results for yourself! In 15 minutes or less, you’ll find yourself changing from bad to good or good to better!

Yes, we can create custom content for you and your industry. Custom content often includes sessions that focus on unique industry challenges, safety issues, or even targeted initiatives, such as goals for healthy habits. If you prefer, your custom content can be made available only to your users.
If space is an issue, we can customize a Portable VR Lounge on wheels, allowing employees to take the equipment to a private space. We also have clients who allow employees to check out VR headsets and noise-cancelling headphones that they can take home to use in a more private environment.
No, all of our sessions are available in high-quality, high-definition video (no VR headset required), and we also have a large library of content available in virtual-reality format (VR headset required).
Our VR lounges have proven to be extremely popular and appreciated, and they can be an excellent boost to creating a positive work culture, but they are not required.
We provide a Thrive360 resource with whom your employees can connect privately to ask any questions about the platform, the sessions, the privacy, and more.
We recommend that you share our Privacy page with your employees. Since some employees might not feel comfortable that their employer can distinguish those who have activated an account, you could consider instructing all employees to activate their Thrive360 account.
User privacy is a pillar of the Thrive360 promise. Employers only know whether or not an employee has been invited to create an account or has activated an account. Employers are strictly forbidden from seeing individual employee session activity.
Your Thrive360 dashboard shows you aggregate reports regarding number of users, average session length, session popularity, and more. Because Thrive360 promises users that they will have complete privacy and anonymity, these reports do not identify use by individual employees, which is critical.
We have done the research and are adept at driving employee engagement, and our platform has been built to ensure ease of use. Also, your dedicated customer success manager will guide you to help ensure optimal engagement for your users.

We can send you a list of preferred topics, but we always suggest that you explore topics that have the greatest need and for which you feel a passion. Also, consider topics that focus on your particular subject-matter expertise.
Yes. Thrive360 users appreciate a wide variety of styles, and your style is sure to resonate with certain users, just as it does with your own clients.
All our therapeutic providers must be certified professionals in a full-time practice. However, we also have non-therapeutic providers who are verifiable experts in fields that include communication, leadership, weight loss, etc. Submit an application and you will meet with one of our content curators to discuss your eligibility.
We generally find that providers are most successful when they produce at least 100 minutes of content. This is generally an easy threshold to meet, and can consist of standalone sessions, a series, or a combination thereof. This is the minimum amount of content required to be featured in our Provider Directory.
No, we do not accept any outside video content because we insist upon an exceptionally high standard for professional video production.
Yes, we encourage you to take advantage of your Thrive360 professionally produced sessions and share them with your own clients through your provider portal.
You’ll be relieved to know that we can’t recall ever seeing a provider who didn’t make mistakes. If you flub your line, simply say it again. We edit it later to help you shine.
All sessions will be recorded in front of a greenscreen, which means you don’t need to fret too much about selecting the perfect setting in your office or home. Whether recorded remotely or in our studio, providers will be edited into a beautiful artificial background.
There are two options when it comes to content production. With Option 1, we mail an easy-to-use Thrive360 Production Kit that allows you to comfortably record in your own environment. In this scenario, we walk you through the entire setup, including lighting configuration, camera and microphone positioning, and more. If you would like assistance, we can be online with you throughout the entire recording process, but many providers prefer to record on their own, in private. With Option 2, some providers will be asked to record in our Thrive360 Studio in Austin, Texas. In this scenario, our production team will handle all aspects of set-up and filming, and you will only need to worry about your content. In the meeting with your producer, we will determine which option is right for you.
Yes, we can be as involved in the content of your production as you like. We can help you not just with production issues, but with the creation and flow of your actual content and script.
Absolutely. Our professional production teams handle every aspect of the process, from working with you on the script to the final production. We make sure you look like the polished professional that you are.
We like to ensure our providers are compensated based on user engagement, so your provider revenue sharing is based off minutes watched by users within each content category. The more engaging and popular the content, the more it gets watched, and the more revenues you generate.
You might not be too surprised that many, if not most, of our providers are very anxious about being filmed. Know that we hold your hand throughout the process. We have tips and tricks that help you not only look and sound great, but also quickly settle in and feel as comfortable as if you are connecting one-to-one with a patient.
For Individuals
Absolutely not. Your use of the platform is 100 percent anonymous and confidential. Your employer only can see that you have an account, but will never be given individual data as to how you’re using the platform. No one knows the sessions in which you’re engaging but you!

Currently Thrive360 only is available to business clients, but you can sign up to be notified when the service is available for personal subscriptions.
